The ESIC Medical College and Hospital, KK Nagar is built on the backdrop of the prestigious ESI Corporation Hospital, KK Nagar, which has been serving the Insured Patients in Tamil Nadu for more than 3 decades. The college is in operation since 2013. The college has an annual intake of 100 students, with 15% reserved for All India Quota, 20% for wards of Insured Patients and remaining 65% filled through the State Government Quota. From the academic year 2020-2021, NMC has given approval for 125 seats which includes Economically Weaker Section Quota at our institution. From the academic year 2023-2024, NMC has given approval for 150 MBBS admisisons. The college is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University.

The post graduate courses are being offered in the college since 2009 in the specialties of General Medicine, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Anaesthesia and Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pathology, Microbiology, Orthopaedics. Currently there is intake of 65 postgraduate students in the above specialties. The ESIC Medical College & Hospital received full approval of the National Medical Commission (NMC) this year.

  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
